Exp.Design is a creative learning agency which tasked us with designing and bringing their new website to life. The goal was to align their digital identity with their principles and their approach to learning. The site aims to be Accessible, Engaging, and extremely User-Friendly in order to convey their message in a manner similar to the enjoyable learning services they offer.
Based on numerous strategy sessions, we determined these to be the key points of focus for this project:
Overall we only had 3 iterations of the project before the client felt perfectly satisfied with the end-product. Based on their analytics, the site deployment resulted in a 300% increase in incoming leads within the first month.
We later added a LinkedIn Insights funnel in order to track their outreach statistics on the platform leading to users landing on the website for more information. This increased their lead generation rate even further.

The organization is a prominent financial services entity located in North America. The goal was to create a system to assist new employees in understanding, internalizing, and incorporating company policies through easy-access referencing.
The company expressed their need to remove the latency in performing tasks requiring prior extensive knowledge of their policies. Given their existing and growing database of policy information, our suggestion was to incorporate an AI model to consume the internal company data and use the domain as its main training dataset.
We trained an LLM (Large Language Model) using Python and OpenAI's GPT on the freshly created automated data infrastructure containing the company's policies. The brand new AI assistant became capable of generating reports on relevant policies to contextualize and allowed for employee assistance in the completion of tasks where the acceptance criteria included leveraging the same policy information.
The model was able to provide consistent expected results based on user queries on both historical and new dynamically generated data. This resulted in a nearly 60% reduction in task completion time after using the model for 3 months. Additionally, users estimated their productivity increase at about 35%.

Accent Orthodontics is a leading orthodontics practice based out of Kissimmee, FL. They approached us with the intent to perform a complete upgrade on their website which hadn't been updated since launch. Their main goals were to achieve a more modern look, improved functionality, and enhanced user engagement.
In the competitive orthodontics space, the client desired a highly visually appealing site which would separate them from their competitors. The goal was to help build trust and credibility with their potential clientele as well as express the company culture and services in a beautifully branded package.
Accent Orthodontics also desired bilingual support for English and Spanish on their site given their target market and geographical region. They required extensive SEO in order to outrank their competitors consistently and also needed an easy-to-use appointment booking system which reduced friction amongst clients considering their services.
After a one-month project duration, the website launched smoothly and turned out to be a great success for Accent Orthodontics. In our one-month follow-up call after launch, the client informed us that their bookings had increased by 100% (doubled), and their organic traffic increased by 30%. As mentioned, they eventually reached a point where they were unable to keep up with the number of incoming leads - a challenge that they were grateful for.

DentalMarketing.com is an established marketing agency specialized in growing dental practices throughout the country through their unique 5-C method. Their goal with this collaboration was to showcase this method in greater detail, ensure their website was user-friendly and approachable, improve their own lead generation, and display compelling success stories enticing users to take action.
DentalMarketing.com wanted to showcase their proprietary marketing success method as an easy-to-follow and reliable conduit for generating high-quality, qualified leads for their dental clinic clients.
They also wanted to strategically position themselves as leaders in this niche marketing space through aggressive SEO and advertising.
Lastly, they desired to surpass their own monthly lead generation goals by incorporating a convincing user journey in combination with a custom AI platform. The platform serves to be an effective lead magnet and provides unique insights into their potential clients' competitive advantages over other similar clinics within their geographic radius.
The leads would receive information giving them confidence in the agency's ability to recognize and troubleshoot their pain points while focusing on their pre-established strengths to further leverage within their marketing strategy.
The end goal was to have the leads schedule a call with the agency once they populated the "intake form" with all of their data and received a convincing breakdown containing a call to action for further details.
The results of this 3-month long project were stellar, and the feedback received from the client was indicative of this. During our monthly post-project check-ins, they mentioned the following improvements to their metrics:
They also reported that after 2 months, users spent 4 minutes longer on average browsing their website.
The team also felt that their calls were more productive because clients had more information going into each call while also being able to focus on the insights that were provided to them.

This project pertained to a world-class tech company which is well established in the advertising space. The aim was to reduce the overall time employees were spending on support tasks/tickets and allow them to reallocate that time towards larger-scope projects, continuous process improvement, and R&D.
We decided to use an RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) framework for this specific LLM implementation.
We utilized a foundation model called Claude made by Anthropic. The application used the following technologies:
- Weaviate for vector storage.
- Langchain for document processing and retrieval in combination with LLM output formatting.
Since the goal was to automate support task completion for the internal team, we determined the application's core function to be the storage and management of a knowledge base containing all information pertaining to the support task domain (data was provided by the company).
Users are able to query the data using natural language, and can have the model automatically update documentation which is identified as having missing information. The AI is also capable of debugging user issues surrounding project setup and testing.
After one month of deployment the AI system had a user base of over 2000 users.

GoTab is a startup in the Financial Services space offering POS solutions to businesses in the hospitality industry. The requirement was for a full-fledged information- and media-heavy website which communicated business practices, pricing, and their entire suite of products and features in detail.
GoTab offers a rich collection of products and features. They wanted to showcase each on its own separate page in order to be able to provide as much detail as possible to potentially interested users.
Furthermore, given the vastness of players in the hospitality industry, the client desired to have a separate page for each relevant business category to expand on how their services are applicable specifically to those types of companies. Examples of this are separate pages for Restaurant businesses, bars, resorts/hotels, coffee shops, food halls, stadiums, etc.
As a result, there was a meticulous amount of attention needed towards effective copy and company category-specific media assets.
This was deployed on Webflow and the website ended up having upwards of 65 separate pages containing different information/resources.
The project also incorporated an authentication layer utilizing single sign-on (SSO).

This was the company's first website. The three months following deployment were used to measure public interest (by tracking form submissions and account creations). Hotjar was also leveraged to optimize the website based on how users preferred to interact with it. The project was a phenomenal success and the company recently received $18M in Series-A funding as a result.

Sveté Wellness is an online beauty and nutrition brand which required a simple, yet luxurious e-commerce website to showcase and sell their premium line of wellness products.
The company wanted to build a sleek and informative website catering to female customers in the wellness space. They have a handful of products they intended to sell and market through the website but the main focus according to the owner was to educate users on the benefits of certain ingredients and treatments.
The e-commerce portion of the site was built on WooCommerce while the informational and CMS (Content Management System) components were deployed using Wordpress Divi.
The implementation also uses a variety of JavaScript UI libraries to achieve fluidity, convenience, and a modern aesthetic.
The e-commerce part of the site includes payment gateway integrations such as PayPal and Stripe. It also encompasses common e-commerce retention and promotion strategies such as "Subscribe & Save" offers, discounts, and also a proprietary rewards system based on purchase frequency and interaction with the brand.
Analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, and Klaviyo were integrated to help determine buyer intent, engage in follow-ups with prospective customers, and optimize marketing strategies across different platforms in order to save on ad spend and increase focus on platforms where customers were primarily converting from.
This was a 3-month endeavor and lead to almost $100,000 in sales within the first 4 months of launch (excluding pre-sales and promotions).
